Post & Packing

£3.95 for parcels weighing under 2kg or free for orders over £50

Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be prepared, dispatched and delivered. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation. During busy periods your order may take a little longer. Please bear in mind we live extremely remotely in the far north of Scotland and can experience extreme weather in winter when we are snowed in & our postman can't reach us, please allow us extra time to ensure safe delivery of your orders,

RETURNS

We pride ourselves on giving our customers the best possible customer experience and customer service and do hope you are happy with your Made In The Hills purchase, however if you are not 100% happy then we offer the following terms for your satisfaction.

If  your product arrives faulty or damaged then please email us at support@madeinthehills.co.uk within 48 hours  with a photograph of the damage incurred and we will be in touch with you regarding returning/exchanging the product.

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if this is not the case and you would like to return an item for a refund and the product is not damaged or faulty, we offer a 28 day return policy, but we please ask you to contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase and we will contact you to advise on how to proceed. The items must be returned with the original packaging and labels with no sign of use. You are responsible for the cost of returns postage to us  unless the product being returned is damaged or faulty. Returns will be processed by us within 5-7 days of receiving the returned items.
